2. Failed Transactions: In the event of a failed transaction, the amount will be promptly credited/refunded to the user’s account or original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.   

3. Non-Refundable Items

•    Amounts transferred online against obligations are non-refundable.
•    Service charges and applicable taxes paid during online payments are also non-refundable.
